We can't be 100 per cent sure but there might not be a person on the planet that doesn't already love Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and if there is, this following story might change their minds.

Let's take you back to Wednesday when the Hollywood star became a viral hit after he sent a special message to Marie Grover, who was celebrating her 100th birthday.

Grover who is a fan of the wrestler-turned-actor is a fan of The Rock's for 30 years now so he sent her a message to commemorate her special day and her reaction was captured by Jamie Klingler, a friend of Grover's granddaughter.

In the video Johnson says:

I hear you’re a very big fan of mine, which I’m so honoured, by the way, that you’re a fan. I believe you’re in Philadelphia, I love Philadelphia, I’m sending you so much love and a huge congratulations on 100 years ... what an amazing life.

I’m very happy you were born. And now, wonderful, now you can eat cake, you can get drunk ... party hard.

It wasn't so easy to get the Rock to send this message. Klingler's efforts began a few weeks ago when she tweeted about taking a punt on getting the star to send Grover a video

The Rock did respond but it wasn't obvious whether he would follow through with the request.

Sure enough, he did honour the request and even shared it on his own Twitter, several times in fact.

Speaking to BuzzFeed after the video had gone viral, Klinger paid tribute to The Rock and his kindness.

It’s really all down to Dwayne and his kindness. He made an old woman so incredibly happy. I will always be grateful. She is a legend.
