Hello sports fans.

It was a trying day for BBC Sport presenter Chris Mitchell on Saturday as he quite literally took one for the team live on air.

While reporting from the marathon 57-hour five-a-side challenge for Sport Relief, Mitchell was whacked in the back of the head by a rogue football.

Thankfully for all of us sports fans, the Beeb deemed it appropriate to provide us with a slo-mo action replay.

Mitchell yelps in pain as the football comes his way and pretends the blow has made him dizzy. But the following was really what we were all thinking, right? RIGHT?
