Ireland fans scream at James McClean to get out of the way at crucial moment, he duly obliges

At 0-0 in his nation's crucial play-off second leg against Bosnia and Herzegovina, James McClean could have been forgiven for focusing on nothing but the game.

However, while warming up on the sidelines and watching his team-mate Jon Walters step up to take a penalty, the Ireland midfielder still had a moment to put the fans first.

Moments before the spot-kick was taken, McClean stepped in front of fans trying to watch the penalty. As they shouted "James, get down!" he duly obliged:

Walters scored the penalty and Ireland went on to win 2-0, securing their place at next summer's European Championship.
