This engagement video has a twist that you will not see coming

Marriage proposals are usually memorable occasions and the following example is certainly that but perhaps not for the right reasons.

A now-viral TikTok video that has been viewed more than 8 million times on Twitter alone has perhaps the most shocking twist you've ever since in the history of moving imagery.

The video which comes from an account called @megaamerican, which might tell you a thing or two about where this is going, starts with a happy couple staring at a monument in a park.

It's pouring down with rain, they are both standing there in barefoot (no idea why) and Taylor Swift's old school banger Love Story is playing on the soundtrack. So far, so good.

However, just watch until the end of this 40-second clip and you'll witness a twist that not even Hollywood could create.

Yep, that's right they are Trump supporters and they now have a Trump engagement ring. This is all fine, to each their own, but wow, what a video and others appear to agree.

If Trump sees this he will no doubt love it but he will probably need a bit more than two people getting engaged to win in November as polls currently place Joe Biden as a comfortable front runner.
