We all have our preferences for how we start the day. Perhaps you roll out of bed after pressing the snooze button 12 times. Or maybe you’re an early bird who makes homemade porridge and stretches.
It's unlikely you have a morning anything remotely like Mark Sloan.
He broke down his morning routine on LinkedIn. And it includes:
- Walking to the gym at 5:30 am, followed by a “very hot” shower with 30 seconds of freezing cold water
- Eating a breakfast of four egg whites and a smoothie with “vega protein”
- Using the HeadSpace app to meditate and “commit to language learning” on the Dulingo app”.
- Drinking a litre of water before heading to the office and “accomplishing my daily goals”.
Twitter user Tom Goodwin shared the post on Twitter, calling it “peak LinkedIn”.
And it really is.
