Nude blogger has Instagram account reinstated and says it's 'a win for body-positivity'

Jess O'Brien is an Australian blogger, who often shares photos of herself nude, in very enviable and exotic-looking locations.

And she's just had her Instagram account reinstated after it was shut down.

The 28-year-old explained on her blog that her account was "abruptly, and without any warning whatsoever, deactivated".

O'Brien, AKA The Nude Blogger, wrote:

Not even a heads up. Not so much as a peep from the Instagram ‘support’ team within that time, even after countless attempts at making contact and reaching out.

The story made headlines around the world, and she says regaining control of her account is a “huge win for body positivity”.

O'Brien wrote on Instagram:

The deactivation of my account actually proved to be one of the best things to happen for my message about body-positivity.

What success we've had! It's been an absolute whirlwind…making headlines all around the world! A win for body-positivity.
