OJ Simpson ‘denied kiss’ in super awkward TikTok video

OJ Simpson was filmed being denied what appeared to be a kiss from a woman at a bar in Las Vegas, and the super awkward moment has gone viral on TikTok.

The video, uploaded by TikToker @mackenziegd1998, shows a young blonde woman sitting at a table who then motions for Simpson to come into the frame.

The pair laugh as the girl dances on her chair as his hand can be seen caressing her waist, before she yells: “OJ baby, he’s out.”

She then turns and points at him - but things quickly turn awkward.

Misreading the situation, Simpson then appears to lean in for a smooch.

Realising what was happening, she ducks away from him, swerving a peck from the 74-year-old.

Since it was uploaded two days ago, the video has received 1.3 million views, over 100,000 likes and 7,000 comments.

One user commented: “If the kiss don’t miss, then you must dismiss”. The play on words is in reference to the famous phrase "if [the glove] don’t fit, then you must acquit” from Simpson’s murder trial in the 1990s.

Several others made jokes in relation to his past trial, with one user commenting: “Went in for the kill!”.

Another said: “I can’t live with the embarrassment I just got from watching that”.

The famous 1995 trial tried Simpson for the murders of his estranged wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ronald Goldman.

He was acquitted following the so-called Trial of the Century, but did find himself in a spot of legal bother several years later.

In 2008 he was convicted of armed robbery and kidnapping involving the retrieval of his own sports memorabilia.

He served the minimum nine years of his 33-year sentence and left prison in 2017.

Of course, Simpson may have been leaning in to whisper something in her ear, but it certainly looked as though he wanted something more to happen. What do you think?
