The swoon plastered across the faces of anyone who meets Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is obvious for anyone to see.

But when the Pope was recently photographed with Trudeau, the world was waiting for those glossed-over eyes and weak smile…. That never came.
Despite his reputation for not cracking many smiles, everyone expected the Pope to fall victim to Trudeau's charms, like the rest of us.
