Presenting the toughest job interview question yet

Forget explaining who would win in a fight between 100 duck-sized horses and one horse-sized duck - this executive has a job interview question with no right answer.

Hasbro's Karen Davis told Business Insider her favourite tough interview query is "what's your favourite quote?"

She believes the question helps her understand what applicants truly care about. "I think it's just one little way of seeing whether this is really part of someone's soul," she said. "I want to see that somebody has been looking for sources of inspiration."

If you're looking for even toughter questions, the Association of Accounting Technicians released their top 10 based on a survey of 2,000 people in March.
