Someone has invented a banana slicer and the Amazon reviews are incredible

Bananas are really difficult to chop, if this invention is anything to go by.

The Hutzler 571 Banana Slicer, which you can buy on Amazon for under £3, is an absolute steal for such an ingenious and high-demand product.

But what's even better than the invention itself are the customer reviews that come with it:

It allowed this reviewer to focus on writing his musical play:

No longer consumed by seething anger and animosity towards thick-skinned yellow fruit, I was able to concentrate on my love of theatre and am writing a musical...

Saved this customer’s marriage:

Our marriage has never been healthier, AND we've incorporated it into our lovemaking.

Gave this woman back her confidence:

I hope it works on popsicles, pickles and hot dogs too. The show is over guys!

It increased this customer's productivity exponentially...

On my best day using the Hutzler, I sliced 5,000 bananas.

And finally found Irrefutable Proof that God exists…

If God does not exist, then how is it that a banana fits so perfectly in this banana slicer?

Some people however, were unhappy...

But the wifi?

Am I supposed to slice my bananas over an ethernet cable? What is this, 2005?

And this customer was distraught when he couldn't find the batteries...

I have searched extensively and have not been able to locate the batteries that fit this thing.

For future buyers, it must be noted that bananas are not included in the purchase.

Also, it doesn't work on oranges.

Am very disappointed to find that this product utterly fails to cut oranges.
