The longest anyone has ever binge-watched telly is truly frightening

And there you were thinking watching the entire fourth season of House of Cards in one go was impressive.

Well, square eyes, it's time to think again because the record for binge-watching television has been officially broken.

Five people, aged 19 to 24, from Austria who watched the TV for a staggering 92 hours.

The previous record of 91 hours was set in Toronto, Canada, in December 2014, AFP reported. Moritz Arnold, who organised the event in a Vienna shop window, said it had been recognised by Guinness World Records.

The participants were allowed a five minute break each hour.

Seems like a totally legit way to spend your time.
