This is how people are marking the anniversary of Article 50

It’s coming up to the one year mark since Article 50 was triggered, marking Britain’s official exit process to leave the European Union.

With just 12 months to go before exit day, people across Britain are still unsure about what the future outside the EU will look like, an exclusive BMG survey for The Independent suggests.

The waters are becoming muddier still, as Cambridge Analytica may - or may not - have had links with the Brexit campaign.

Shahmir Sanni, a volunteer for Vote Leave, has come out to talk about concerns that the electoral spending rules were manipulated.

He toldChannel 4 News: “I know that Vote Leave cheated”.

I know that people have been lied to and that the referendum wasn’t legitimate.

Vote Leave has strongly denied wrongdoing and said the £625,000 donated to BeLeave in 2016 was within the rules.

As a result, people across the UK are protesting:

'March For Europe' protests have popped up across the country...

There's the #GreatNorthernMarch

The #GreatSouthernMarch

The #GreatEasternMarch

Theresa May reached a tentative Brexit agreement on Monday, and has told EU leaders that it took “comprises on both sides” to reach it - ahead of the 27 prime ministers and presidents formally signing off the deal on Friday.

She said:

Monday saw our negotiating teams take another decisive step towards the smooth and orderly withdrawal of the UK from the European Union by agreeing the terms of the implementation period and large parts of the withdrawal agreement.
