Kylie Jenner called out for wearing mink fur slippers after posting plea for Australia's wildlife

Literal billionaire Kylie Jenner is heartbroken for the animals dying in the Australian bush fires – but not for the mink that died for her £1,000 Louis Vuitton slippers, apparently.

The "self made" influencer failed to notice the irony of her successive Instagram stories, but this didn't go unnoticed on the internet.

Around half a billion animals have been killed by the bush fires that have burnt down forests, parks and bush along Australia's east coast.

Mink, meanwhile, are the most popularly farmed creature for fur in the US and are gassed and skinned for clothing.

It's not the first time the Kardashians have been criticised for wearing fur.

Or for sending ~good vibes~ in the place of cash.

So yeah, people are mad.

Imagine having enough money to stop the planet from burning but instead spending it on "homey flat mules"(?).
