Boris Johnson has been repeating the same mantra nearly every day for the past few weeks.
Given his insistence that positive thinking will conquer all, even food shortages and a hard border in Ireland, you’d be forgiven for assuming that it’s some sort of self-help actualisation technique. Maybe it is?
13 of the prime minister’s 33 tweets since 7 August have repeated a variation of his Brexit pledge – that the UK will leave the EU on Halloween.
While some are interspersed with digs about Jeremy Corbyn, many are simply repetitions of the basic theme.
