Donald Trump Junior posed on a tree stump and nobody’s quite sure why

The young Master Trump was the subject of a New York Times style section profile.

In the article, 'Donald Trump Jr. is his own kind of Trump', Trump Junior was described as an outdoors man who was "happy to escape the gilded trappings of his Manhattan childhood".

Yes, he looks super uncomfortable in those trappings...

Not.

But he really does look uncomfortable in the strangely chosen lumberjack-esque photo that accompanied the piece.

The photo showed him sitting on a tree stump in Trump Senior's New York estate - looking weirdly uncomfortable.

Or like the album cover of a terrible one-man country band.

And Twitter knew no mercy...

One thing is for sure.

That smoulder burns like an campfire.
