Donald Trump really did say doctors treating Ebola 'must suffer consequences'

The Donald Trump, never really considered a rational voice in times of crisis, has calmly advocated closing US borders to anyone with the Ebola virus, and turning back any flights from West Africa.

He even said that any US doctors or missionaries trying to save lives in Africa must "suffer the consequences".

Dr Kent Brantly, from Texas, is currently recovering in Atlanta after contracting the disease treating patients in west Africa.
