Fox News is a veritable bastion of Christmas cheer.
In their latest segment, host Tuck Larson and network contributor Tammy Bruce talked about a particularly hot topic: Gingerbread people.
And the utter liberty of attempting to make them gender neutral.
On Tuesday, Bruce wanted to talk about a decision by a coffee shop in the Scottish Parliament to rename gingerbread men gingerbread people.
The. Travesty.
The coffee shop decided to change the name as a way to raise awareness against sexism towards female ministers in parliament, as 30 per cent said they were victims of sexual harassment.
Carlson called it ‘spiritual neutering.’
‘Maybe the lesson is the rest of us shouldn’t participate in our own spiritual neutering,’ he said.
Bruce added:
Living your entire life kind of being bullied into what you can and cannot say and the presumptions that you’re bad people that it can be the smallest thing that tips you over the edge. That’s the tipping point.
For Bruce, that ‘tipping point’ came in the form of gender neutral cookies.
In this case it’s calling gingerbread men a gingerbread person when obviously they’re men.
People online were unimpressed by their vehemence against gender neutral confections
Maybe they ought to apply the same level of outrage to what their president is doing to their country.

Riveting stuff.
