Broadly speaking, headlines that begin with "homeless man is caught on CCTV" generally aren't so uplifting.
This one however, is an exception.
Aaron Doyle, who works at a door and window manufacturer in West Bromwich, shared a video this week of a truly touching moment.
A homeless man had been working for the window suppliers on a trial basis. "He is currently staying at a homeless shelter in Wolverhampton has literally nothing and wants to get back on his feet," writes Aaron.
The video shows the man's reaction immediately after being offered a permanent contract.
The man had been receiving food from a church each morning for his lunch.
Doyle said that the man offers him a chocolate bar or some of his coffee every single morning, despite the fact that he "doesn't know where his next meal is coming from and doesn't eat the best".
It might seem like nothing to most, but this guy has really won me over. The best part is, he’s been paid his first week’s wages and told he’s got a permanent job.
His reaction as he left was absolutely priceless.
