People are resharing this Vine of Osborne enjoying carols last Christmas

Last Christmas George Osborne was treated to the dulcet tones of some kids singing carols.

The original footage, aired on Sky News in December 2014, sees the chancellor of the exchequer outside Downing Street surrounded by children in blue Santa hats.

However, some people have suggested he may not have been having the best of times...

Or that he didn't quite know why he was supposed to be there...

Or that he was crying out for help...

OR that he was just simply trying to function like your average Joe Public...
