How bad does bulls**t have to smell before the odour is detected by people who live on a mountain made out of that substance?
So asks Jon Stewart as he discusses Fox News's recent on-air apologies for, in turn, suggesting that Birmingham was “totally Muslim” and that France had "no-go zones" for non-Muslims.
Not only did Tuesday's Daily Show tackle Fox's unprecedented contrition, it also examined American efforts to prevent no-go zones, coming to the horrifying conclusion that Jesus himself was a foreigner.
The best bit of the clip below? Stewart's attempt to make David Cameron's comment about choking on his porridge even more British:
