These are the 20 professions with the biggest pay rises in the last year

This year was a great year for anyone with the word "analyst" or "engineer" in their job title.

Why? Because they got the biggest pay rises from September to September out of the lot of us.

According to new statistics released by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) and examined by Glassdoor in the US the following 20 jobs have seen a three to 10 per cent increase in salary from September 2014 to September 2015.

This jobs report is helpful for anyone who may be thinking about a new job, and wants to go into a role where salary is increasing more than average.
