The best place to live and work in the UK is apparently Blackburn.

A new analysis by Totally Money awarded the Lancashire town its number one ranking, based on a comparison between median wages to mortgage repayments, cost of living, and the health of job markets.

The worst place to live in the UK, by the same measures? Gloucester.
