There's something just not quite right about this Labour poster featuring John McDonnell

On Friday morning, Labour's Shadow Chancellor laid out exactly how the party plans to regain its economic credibility.

Ahead of next week's Budget, John McDonnell explained that the party will now look for "iron discipline" when handling the nation's finances. (More on that here.)

To support the campaign, the grassroots group Momentum and the team behind #JezWeCan (neither of which are officially endorsed by Labour) have tweeted out this poster, which aims to critique George Osborne's economic credibility...

But, as many have pointed out, it sort of makes McDonnell look like the bad guy...
