At a rally in Pennsylvania, president Trump called the harassment of Biden’s campaign bus a “hot thing”.

The FBI is now investigating the event last Friday where pro-Trump motorists surrounded the Biden campaign bus in Texas.

Cars with Trump 2020 flags reportedly yelled profanities and blockaded the Biden entourage on their journey from San Antonio to Austin.

At one point, the motorcade slowed the tour bus to roughly 20 mph.

Campaign officials on the bus ended up calling 911.

Trump, speaking about the incident in Montoursville, Pennsylvania, said: “What a group, it’s like a hot thing.”

He continued: “That’s really number one trending. You know they won’t put that but that’s number one trending.”

This isn’t the first time Trump has given a nod of approval to the caravan of supporters who surrounded the bus.

The day after the event, the president retweeted a video of the incident. He wrote: “I LOVE TEXAS!”.

After the FBI said it would investigate the incident, Trump tweeted that the FBI should also be investigating “terrorist, anarchists, and agitators of ANTIFA.”

Biden, on the other hand, condemned it at a rally in Philadelphia.

He said: “We’ve never had anything like at – at least we’ve never had a president who thinks it’s a good thing.”

Biden certainly doesn't think it's a "hot thing".
