Meet Mohammed Abad. The 43-year-old, from Edinburgh, suffered horrific injuries to his genitals and thighs after being dragged 600ft by a car as a child.
The accident left him unable to ever have sex.
Thanks to doctors at University College London, and after dozens of other less successful operations, the security guard has been fitted with a bionic penis following a skin graft from his arm.
The 8in penis is powered by two tubes and inflates when he presses a button on his testicle.
In an interview with the Sun newspaper, Mr Abad said: "When you want a bit of action you press the 'on' button. When you are finished you press another button. It takes seconds. Doctors have told me to keep practising."
Mr Abad, who previously appeared on Channel 4's Embarrassing Bodies back in 2013, said he would tell future partners about his surgery.
"Some ladies might want to try it out," he added.
Earlier this summer it was announced that the first-ever recipient of a penis transplant, a South African, was going to be a father.
