Kim Kardashian causes hysterics after she promoted Kanye West’s ‘Donda’ while it was on mute

On Sunday Kanye West finally released his eagerly anticipated new album 'Donda' which had been delayed for more than a month.

West was scheduled to release his tenth album, named after his mother, in July but pushed the release back until 6th August but it didn't actually reach streaming services until 29th August, although the rapper has claimed that his record label, Universal, released it without his permission.

Regardless, the lengthy album, which features 27 songs, has had fans buzzing with many sharing positive reactions to the record. Interestingly, West's ex-wife Kim Kardashian, as well as her siblings, promoted Donda on their Instagram accounts with screenshots of the tracks on Spotify.

However, eagle-eyed fans noticed that there was a problem with the initial posts that she shared of the songs as they were all on mute.

Kardashian, who has four children with West, soon deleted the posts and reshared this time with the volume turned up. Unfortunately for the 40-year-old reality TV icon, those first few posts are now likely to live on in internet infamy with many choosing to mock or even sympathise with the star over the mistake.

Although West and Kardashian are now separated they would still appear to be friends and Kardashian did appear in West's huge listening party event in his hometown of Chicago last week.

West didn't escape criticism for the show though as he brought out both Marilyn Manson and DaBaby at the event, despite the controversy surrounding the two stars.
