For a man who plays The Incredible Hulk, Mark Ruffalo sure knows how to make other people angry.
Earlier this year it emerged that he had 'accidentally' spoiled the ending to Avengers: Infinity War during an interview in July 2017.
Now he's managed to go and put his foot in it again by apparently revealing the heavily guarded name for the next Avengers movie.
The 50-year-old actor appeared on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on Friday night where he apparently let slip the name of the highly anticipated blockbuster.
He quickly attempted to correct this mistake by asking Fallon to edit his misdemeanour out of the show so that he wouldn't annoy Marvel again.
Except, Ruffalo was too late as Fallon informed him that the final cut had already been sent and that they could only 'bleep it out'.
The 'big reveal' was censored on the show and came after Fallon pressed him about the name of the film.
Ruffalo said:
I sort of, in the past, maybe have given up things, spoilers… I basically spoiled the end of Avengers: Infinity War with Don Cheadle, who will no longer do press with me.
I’ve been put under surveillance by Marvel. They’ve got a lot of reach in the world, and I’ve learned my lesson.
Fallon then asks him if he can reveal the title of the film and after some initial reluctance says:
Alright, I think I can probably tell you that.Â
I think it's already out there. The title of the next Avengers movie is *BLEEP*
This prompts a lot of commotion from the audience but a shocked Fallon says "that's the biggest spoiler ever".
Although it was edited, the directors of the movie, the Russo Brothers were left 'furious' and proceeded to 'fire' Ruffalo from his role.
We're sure this was all done for laughs and Marvel fans were loving the interactions.
