The new Banksy mural has been vandalised - less than a day after it first appeared in the artist's hometown of Bristol.
The image, Girl with a Pierced Eardrum, is a parody of the painting Girl with a Pearl Earring by Johannes Vermeer and was found in Hanover Place, near Bristol's harbour on Monday.
This morning, the painting was found with dark paint splashed across it.
The vandalism comes shortly after a vandal spray-painted a cartoon penis on a Banksy mural in Folkestone, Kent.
