Vin Diesel being very passionate about ‘family’ is the internet’s new favourite meme

If you’ve been on social media in the past few days and you haven’t seen a meme featuring Vin Diesel being very passionate about family values then you haven’t been doing the internet right.

This all relates to the release of the new Fast and the Furious film F9, which has already made more than $490 million at the worldwide box office.

A trope that has become very prevalent in these movies is Diesel’s character, Dom Toretto, talking about the importance of ‘family.’ For instance, a now-iconic line from Furious 7 sees Toretto say: “I don’t have friends. I got family.” In the new film, he even has to fight his estranged assassin master thief brother, played by John Cena.

Talk about family troubles...

Anyway, those hilarious folks on social media have found a way of transporting Toretto’s keen family values into other movies such as Marvel, Star Wars, Twilight, Harry Potter and Jurassic Park.

We’re not sure if this one is appropriate but who are we to tell a meme how to behave?

Even gravity is no match for ‘family.’
