Bill Belichick used a pencil as a toothpick during prime-time NFL game and fans were disgusted

New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick was spotted on camera using a pencil as a toothpick during a game, and fans were disgusted.

On Sunday night’s prime time match-up against Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Belichick appeared to use the toothpick to get some morsels of food from his mouth. After doing that, he took a look at his pencil, eyeing it to see if anything was on it.

Fans didn’t hesitate to comment on the spectacle, which saw Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady going up against his old team and coach for the first time.

“That’s nasty tho wouldn’t that just make your teeth pencil-shaded??” someone wrote while another wrote, “Lead poisoning??”

The Patriots are 1-3 and in the AFC East, having a virtual tie with the New York Jets and the Dolphins, which is two games behind the Buffalo Bills. The Patriots will travel to Houston to play against the Houston Texans next Sunday.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers won  Sunday’s (October 3) game against the New England Patriots 19-17.
