Danny Mills has made a live TV gaffe with his blunt take on Manchester United’s recent form saying: “Basically, United are s**t”
The former Manchester City and Leeds player was a guest on Sky Sports News’ The Football Show alongside Middlesborough defender Sol Bamba.
The two discussed United’s current problems with presenter Peter Graves, after the team’s crushing 5-0 defeat against Liverpool on Sunday (October 24) and whether manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could face the chop.
Once the conversation ended, it appears the trio were unaware that the cameras were still rolling.
“Great chat lads, well done, that was really interesting,” Graves told the guys. “I could just listen to you two all day.”

Mills who can be seen with his earphones in and looking down, then interjects with his take on United’s woes - and he didn’t hold back.
He tells Graves and Bamba (and, accidentally, the viewers at home): “Basically, United are s**t,” which is met with laughter from the pair.
“But they are, it’s like...” Mills goes on to elaborate - but not before the broadcast gets cut off to an ad break.
Of course, viewers were quick to share the clip on Twitter - and share their thoughts.

In response to their 5-0 thrashing, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer told Radio 5 live: “I have come too far to give up. I am not built that way.”
“The feeling we have had is we were getting where we wanted to be but in the last few weeks results haven’t come and we have hit a brick wall. We have conceded too many easy goals and that is a concern.
“I am still thinking about tomorrow’s work, we are all low. This is the lowest I have been but I accept the responsibility, that is mine and mine going forward.”
Manchester United face Tottenham away from home in their next Premier League match on Saturday, October 30.
