Burping too loud in Vienna could come at a price.
Bartender Edin Mehic found that out when he was fined €70 (£55) after belching in the proximity of a policeman while enjoying the scene at the Prater fun park area.
Displayed on Mehic's Facebook page, the ticket notes that he "violated public decency".
Mehic explained that just after finishing a kebab "with too many onions":
I felt a hand on my shoulder.
I initially thought he was with Greenpeace... because maybe I had ejected too much CO2.
The Associated Press reports that over 100 people have now said they will attend a “loud belch” flash mob "near the scene of the crime" next weekend.
