ICYMI: It's Christmas.

Tim Farron's was designed by Ami Woodburn, aged 11, from Dallam School in Milnthorpe and is by far the best in our opinion

What looks like a regular snowy scene is actually a photograph from the Getty Images archive taken in 2009 when the UK was hit by heavy snowfall.
The caption reads:
The United Kingdom has suffered its heaviest snowfall since the 1990's. The heavy snow has disrupted many parts of the London transport network, and hundreds of schools have been forced to close.
Chaos.
