Assistant Dairy Manager required to carry out reasonable duties to ensure the effective and smooth running of the site.

'Smooth running', at the 'butter factory'! Presumably this employer also wants someone able to 'spread' themselves across a variety of roles, someone who won't 'melt' in the intense pressure of the factory floor.
