This couple refurbished their kitchen to make it look exactly like the Simpsons

Marcia Andreychuk and Joel Hamilton are huge fans of The Simpsons. And what better way to show their love for the show than, um, refurbishing their kitchen to make it look exactly like the one inhabited by Homer, Marge and co - down to every fine detail including the floor tiles, green utensils and the corn-on-the-cob curtains?

The Canadian couple have managed to create the replica by recycling many of the materials.

It’s not like we’re ripping the kitchen apart and putting a ton of money into it. We’re taking what’s already here and adding colour basically.

Their new kitchen may look exactly like the one found at 742 Evergreen Terrace, but thankfully for the couple, at least they'll never have Ned Flanders popping his head through the window.
