This guy fooled the world into thinking he had predicted the future

And from the darkness of the internet, a Messiah emerges, bringing forth future predictions from the past.

People on the internet collectively had a fit about the following Facebook status:

You see, the time stamp freaked people out...

Pablo Reyes predicted the death of Harambe the gorilla, as well as the deaths of Prince, Muhammad Ali and MMA superstar Kimbo Slice.

He had even predicted the events at Orlando, the worst mass shooting in US history.

So what now, time to build that Apocalypse bunker in your garden?

No. Of course not.

Reyes, who founded the hoax news website huzlers.com simply utilised his brain cells and used the "when" button on his timeline to retrospectively change the status date to 2015

Reyes told BuzzFeed:

I feel like people — I don’t want to call people dumb — but I think it’s up to the people to kind of make the decisions about what they hear and what they’re being told.

While many people appeared to be in on the joke, there seemed to be thousands upon thousands tricked by his post.
