The Kenyan woman's posts have been liked thousands of times on Facebook - mainly because they're so bad

Some people have even started putting her in more, um, exotic locations

And the hashtag #WhereIsSeveGatsNow has been a thing

But after her posts went viral, something amazing happened

Kenyan businessman Sam Gichuru has helped raise money for Sevelyn so that she can make a real life trip to China

She explained on Facebook:

Today I have met Sam Gichuru at Nailab to give him updates on the progress. I applied and got my birth certificate last week and now I am applying for my passport !!, I also got an internship at kuhustle.com as a project manager !!. I promise not to let him and you guys down. Thank you all for supporting me, Looking forward to going to China. God bless you all !
