Earlier this week, the pop star Taylor Swift prevailed in court after jurors found a radio host had groped her during a photo shoot.

The singer, 27, won a symbolic one dollar (77p) victory and vindication when jurors decided that former DJ David Mueller had grabbed her backside at a concert in 2013.

Ms Swift claimed he 'grabbed my bare ass', while the pair were posing for a photograph at a meet and greet.

Mueller was later fired from his job as a morning host on a radio station, after Swift and her team reported the incident.

Following his dismissal from the station, Mueller went on to sue Swift $3m for damages. In response, Swift counter-sued, saying he had groped her.

Speaking to TMZ, Mueller revealed that he has found it difficult to get a job since the incident. He's having so much difficult that he's even offering to work for free.

"I offered to do a job that I did when I first got into radio which is just screening phone calls," he told the gossip site.

Despite working in radio, Mueller explained that often it's his face that's the issue, which is why he's considering plastic surgery.

When I’m talking to people, not one person has said yeah, let’s give him a chance. But that might change you know, this is still very fresh.

It was a big story this week so maybe in the future I might have to get some plastic surgery and change my identity, I don’t know, I really don’t know

Following her success in court, Taylor Swift pledged to help 'those whose voices should also be heard'.
