Bernie Sanders' suit at the latest Democratic debate confused the hell out of everyone

Do you remember 'the dress'?

Those horrible and dark days of viral content about lighting and colour are finally over.

Or they were, until Democratic candidate Bernie Sanders decided to wear an ambiguously coloured suit to the Univision Democratic debate on Wednesday night.

We're sorry, but this is happening.

Sanders' rapid response director, Mike Casca, threw a spanner in the works with conflicting reports on the colour of the suit:

And the debate began to rage on Twitter:

Alongside tweets despairing about the presence of coverage about the suit colour:

Then people started trying to find the actual colour:

As did we...

...and it does seem to be Brown, depending on where you sample due to lighting.

So anyway, back to the big question, not who won the debate (of course) but...
