Gary Lineker is a former England striker and record World Cup final goalscorer, and instantly recognisable sports presenter.
He's also big on Twitter, and if you follow him you'll notice there is a recurrent theme in the replies to literally anything he tweets.
Lineker has addressed this himself, and it's probably best to let him explain:
He's referencing the 1990 World Cup Group F match against Republic of Ireland, in which he was feeling rather ill, and relieved himself on the pitch following a slide tackle.
