Labour: More popular when Ed Miliband stays out of the public eye

Ed Miliband makes four out of ten people less likely to vote Labour, according to a ComRes survey for the i paper.

It suggests that the party’s policies are more attractive to voters than its leader.

Respondents were asked if having Ed Miliband as leader would make them more or less likely to vote Labour, or if it made no difference.
