This child's well-meaning Easter card for his mother ended up being very NSFW indeed

Shelley Brandie from Arbroath was delighted when her son brought home a belated Easter card for her which had been left in school over the holidays.

But writing on Facebook, she said she cracked up when she opened it to see the 3D egg her son had created inside, which you don't need to have a thorough knowledge of anatomy to know resembles a vagina:

He was so proud because the Easter egg stuck out! The teacher must have had a right laugh getting the kids to do this.

The post tickled people on Facebook, where it's been liked more than 10,000 times. Many commented to share their own offspring's NSFW artistic efforts, including "heart balloons":

"rockets"...

and a "pink diplodocus".

What a time to be a parent of young children.
