US Paralympian Josh Sundquist lost his leg when he was just nine-years-old to cancer.

The 33-year-old is a member of the US Amputee Soccer Team and downhill skier, a performing comedian, published author and motivational speaker.

Yet he is arguably best known for his truly creative Halloween outfits.

Every year Josh goes above and beyond with his costumes, which fully emphasise the fact that he is missing a limb but does so in the best possible way.

This is what Josh looks like on a normal day.

And here he is as a foosball player.

If you thought that was good you haven't seen anything yet.

This was his first one-legged theme costume, the gingerbread man for Shrek.

How about a flamingo?

A restaurant sign.

The leg lamp from A Christmas Story.

Last year he dressed as Lumiere from Beauty and the Beast.

His latest might just be the best of all.

Continuing along the Disney theme, he dressed as Tigger from Winnie the Pooh, with his leg acting acting as the bouncing tiger's tale.

He even got on a trampoline.
