Billie Eilish just asked her Instagram followers a question about ‘abusers’, before unfollowing every single person… except one unidentified account.

Late on Tuesday evening, Eilish reportedly took to her Instagram stories to post a meme with the words:

If I am following your abuser, DM me and I will unfollow them. I will support you.

She reportedly deleted the post just 30 minutes later but after a short while, she had unfollowed everyone.

Among the list of celebrities the “Bad Guy” singer unfollowed were Chris Brown, who was convicted in 2009 of assaulting his girlfriend at the time, Rihanna, as well as the late rapper XXXTentacion, who was reportedly recorded admitting to domestic abuse.

The reaction to the unfollowing spree was swift on social media:

But some people questioned why she would unfollow celebrities like Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj:

Eilish is yet to publicly confirm her reasons for unfollowing everyone.
