Jeremy Corbyn frees former MP whose wheelchair had gotten stuck on Labour conference podium

When former Labour MP Candy Atherton's wheelchair got stuck on the conference podium, Jeremy Corbyn stepped in to help her out.

Atherton, a former councillor and Labour activist, had finished addressing conference in Brighton when she realised she was stuck. Jumping up to help were the party's leader Corbyn and shadow chancellor John McDonnell.
