However, he's possibly exceeded even his own intriguing standards this time.
Speaking at a rally in Miami on Friday, where he vowed to reinstate travel and trade restrictions upon Cuba, he said something very strange.
Just listen to how he pronounces Little Havana, a neighbourhood of Miami, home to many Cuban exiles.
