These are the percentage of EU citizens happy about living in their countries, mapped

People from all over Europe have revealed how happy they are in their country thanks to a study carried out by the European Union.

Between September and October 2017, EU citizens were interviewed and asked questions about their family, work, and homes.

One of the questions; 'How happy are you living in your country?' - produced some interesting results.

Those living in Denmark were the happiest with where they lived, while citizens of Hungary were apparently the unhappiest with their country.

Top three.

Denmark 99 per cent

Ireland 98 per cent

The Netherlands and Sweden 97 per cent

Bottom three.

Romania 67 per cent

Bulgaria 66 per cent

Hungary 62 per cent
