Everyone is sympathising with the mess this poor mum was faced with

People without children think they're cute. They’re adorable. Mostly because when you’re done gushing and ooing about them, you can give them back.

Not if you’re a parent.

Then, you exist in a fresh new hell every day as you try and raise your children to be functioning human beings.

Part of that process requires you to be extra patient if and when your children decide to play up (because they will).

This mum probably questioned her life choices a little after walking in and finding this:

The two kids had decided to entertain themselves with Sudocrem.

For those of you who don’t know, Sudocrem gets the cream part its name from lanolin, which is a great hypoallergenic emollient.

It’s also nigh on impossible to clean off of anything.

The mum, who appears to have been recording the mess for partner Paul, gives a world-weary sigh before asking Poppy, the older one, what on earth she's done:
