A 23-year-old FedEx from Ohio has posted an emotional video about being spat on and called the N-word at work.

In the video, Brandon Brackins said that while he was taking packages out of the delivery truck, a man sped around him, almost hitting him before calling him the N-word and spitting on him.

Tearfully describing the experience, he said:

Why? Why so much hate? Why so much hate?

I’m usually really good with words. I really don’t let that shit get to me, but when you almost hit me and spit on me and call me an N-word... What?

The incident happened as people take to the streets across America and the world to protest racist police brutality. Brackins said:

What the f*ck is the point of all this protest sh*t if it don’t work?

Since his Facebook video, there has been an outpouring of support for the delivery driver. This incident follows two black delivery drivers being fired, then rehired, by FedEx last month for posting a video of a white customer racially abusing them.

Peter Wilson, the mayor of Lisbon, Ohio, told local outlets that that police are investigating the incident.
