Fox News hosts joke around while filming in front of Normandy cemetery

While poking fun at Democrats is something Fox News has become very good at, doing it in front of a Normandy cemetery for nearly 10,000 fallen D-Day soldiers doesn’t seem like the most appropriate place to do so.

But Laura Ingraham and her co-host Raymond Arroyo didn’t hold back as they laughed at the Democrats’ use of children as “pathetic political props”, all while sitting in front of rows and rows of graves at the Normandy American Cemetery and Memorial in France.

Ingraham and Arroyo were laughing in response to a clip in which former vice president Joe Biden took a question about Trump’s impeachment from an 11-year-old at a recent campaigning event. In response, the giggling Ingraham said:

It’s time for seen and unseen segment where we expose the big cultural stories of the day...kids being used as pathetic political props.

She continued:

Kids say the darnedest things. I have an idea, let kids be kids for a while before they get to swim in the toxic soup of what we do?

They continued discussing soft sexism and liberal restaurant policies in front of the sombre location, before finally discussing president Trump's visit to Europe for the D-Day commemorations.
